Highly incompetent

The agents at this company is extremely pushy to get that processing fee. My experience was where I paid it and they applied through several credit unions. After a few days, I called the credit unions as instructed and was told by ALL of them that it is NOT POSSIBLE to qualify for credit unless I am a member. To be a member of these credit unions you have to be in a union like 1199 SEIU or Local 802. The level of incompetence is obvious, especially their response to all of this.
