A pop-up came up on an UK website saying that if I answered a few survey questions I could get the JUVENEU cream for just $1.99. I clicked yes to that and gave my details to their site. However I have looked at my past card bill to find they have taken £56 out of my account without me knowing or agreeing to this.
Is there anything I can do to take these online freudsters to court? I am a free lance journalist to I shall be sending my friends in the magazine industry a damning report about the cream and the scam.
