I wanted to try the trial size and pay only the nominal shipping charge. I never received the trial size, even thought they insisted their records showed it had been shipped. But in October a charge for $89.99 appeared on my account and they refused to give me any kind of a refund. I called several times and never got anything but impersonal comments that there was nothing they could do because I had not reported in time. But I didnt know about the charge until it came out on my statement about a month late
