Hello,
the WENTWORTHDI took £69.00 from my account without any permission. I was like a fee for loan what i didn't evan want any more. I told them on the phone that I am not interested but they took the money anyway. I did write them letter to have a refund as soon as possible but they didn't respond so I am just waiting if they give me my money back or not because I dont know what else o do. I did try to call them few times but nobody pick up the phone.
