Ordered 2 free samples and only had to pay for post. On my statement, post was taken out but a few days later 2 payments of £57.75 was also taken out. Tried to contact them via email but it came back as failure. Phoned their number and only got music, which will probally cost me more money. A total nightmare. How can these people get away with this?
