I answered an ad on craigslists on a website for sale. It claimed it was relatively new and very profitable already but the owner had to sellit to take another higher paying job offer with an internet advertising agency. I got the contract and spoke with the owner whom went by the name Anthony Schultz and he was a very smooth con artist. I wired the money, followed his instructions to purchase a webhost service in which he could transfer the website and operating instructions were to follow. I only recieved a webpage that I could not enter or do anything with and the guy that sold it to me started making excuses. Since that time i have been in touchj with at 6 or more victims throughout the USA that have been scammed and ripped off by this jerk. He has used ad to sell phony website and other businesses on the internet through E-Bay and and craigslist as well as local city newspapers. He also promoted himself as a boxer and sold phony tickets or investments to people. He has also promoted a music company that rips people off. He is still at large, lives in L.A. And the FBI and the police or nobedy will do anything about his crimes. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars and is still at it.
