Responded to TV ad for the Perfect Meatloaf (via online) and was charged for 2 orders, without being shown the extra charge in any kind of statement, instead of the 1 order as requested.
Made several attempts to call toll free number and each time an automatic voice reported "all circuits are busy."
Called information to get the regular telephone number in Wallingford, CT., but the company is not listed.
Charges have already been deducted from my credit card: 2 @ $19.95 Subtotal $39.90 (P & H $31.80, plus $5.92 Tax on over charge and S&H...!) - GRAND TOTAL $77.62
