Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commision

Richard Bridstone, who claims he works for the deaf and hard of hearing commision, got in touch with me on face book back in April (I have the exact dates in my emails and messages.) Stating that I had won a prize on their contest. That it was supported by President Obama and that I had won $300000.00 usd and that I needed to send $645 usd to pay for shipping. I check this out and it seemed to be a real contest.
Then he asked for $800 for taxes. Then he asked for another $800 usd for IRS taxes. Then he asked for $2000 usd for for the Certificate for Proof of winning the prize, so that the FBI wouldn't come and get me.
After it was all said and done. The total paid out was $4245 usd pluse the transfer fees. Which brings the total to $5000.00.
Now he is telling me that the FBI wants 1% of the monies. I told he that he was scamming people and he claims that the contest is real and he is not scamming anybody.
So beware of Richard Bridstone, with the DEAF and HARD OF HEARING COMMISION.
I have all the western union transfers, who they went to, and for how much.
So beware... Richard bridstone refuses to send me my box of money and also clams that this is not his fault and he doesn't know what to do for me now.
