I saw a ad which i read to believe a rottweiler breeder was selling two pups 1 male 1 female so i emailed about the male none of the content alarmed me they seemed very careing and concerned to were the pup was going to but wen i foned the man wasnt english and didnt speak very good english which surpised me as the email had been very well written english, better than mine, he also didnt now any information on the parents and told a very differant tail than wot i read and wanted payment before deliery which in the email it stated payment upon delivery also the phone number was unuseual (Personal Info Removed) which wen typed in google the 1st ad said "scam"
