I ordered the product and paid shipping and handling. When I get my credit card statement I've been charged for the shipping and handling, then I have another charge for $96.62. I've been trying to get a hold of the company but it says it's offices are closed. I'll keep trying but I don't have much hope after reading all the other complaints.
