This charge showed up on my U.S. Cellular bill. We did not subscribe to any alerts nor are we receiving any alerts. How can these companies keep getting away with this? If you think about all of the cell phone users out there and if this company charges every single one of them 9.99, that's a lot of cash. Something needs to be done!
