I ordered a set of DVD's from this website and they charged my card and never delivered the goods. When I claimed the status they said they had no record of having charged me and to contact my local law enforcement to dispute the case. Luckily I had fraud protection so my credit card company credited back the money. One suspicious thing was that the website does not have a phone number to contact them. I should have known.
