I sent for the FREE TRIAL and was told it would take 5-10 days delivery via UPS. It took 12 days... When I opened the very posh packaging I could not find any contact address / phone numbers anywhere. I began the trial but on the 6th day - the some of £122.98 was debited from my account -I wasn't even half way through my 14 day FREE TRAIL. I found an email address after searching the internet and wrote to cancel my subscription and I wanted to return product. I was given a phone number and after 30 mins talking to 3 different people I was told that I would face a $15 fee... This was because I hadn't contacted them before the 14 days FREE trail was up. I pointed out that 12 of those days the product was in transit but to no joy. They have now allowances for shipping abroard. I am still waiting to here if I will get a refund at all...
