I ordered a special offer pack of pills for £5.10 which came out of my account on 20th Sept 11. I was horrified to find out that £72.06 had been taken from my account on the 4th October without any warning/communication. I also was charged £1.50 both times. This was not expected/advised about.
I have tried to email the address on the packing note but am still waiting for a response. My bank say that I cant do anything for 15 days and I'm worried that the company may take more money at any time and leave me overdrawn.
