I ordered the sample, paid $4.95 ship charg. Then every 2 wks I got charged for it but recieved it later. I cancelled it, they told me i had to keep it. So I told them to definately cancel it. They said they did. I didnt get anything for 3 mos. Then another one came in the mail last week. I called today to cancel again and ask for a refund. She said its cancelled. But i had to call leanspa for a refund. I called them, got answering machine saying to go to website for problems! How do i get my money back!!! I want to talk to a human!!! They were not supposed to charge my acct again!!!
