Received check $3950.00. It's a ripoff

I also received a check for $3,950.00. Check is from Corrosion Resistnat Technologies, Inc. Of Chagrin Falls, OH. The letter is from Shoppers Direct of Las Vegas NV and the envelope is post marked Canada. All that just didn't seem right. The letter states the check is to assist you in paying the British Tax and Insurance. Thank you for posting your reports on line it just confirmed what I thought.
