I was lead to believe that paying a one time cost of 998.00 to consolidate all of my credit cards, I would save over $2,000.00 a year. Communication went back and forth for a while. Then when my "financial advisor-Joseph Kaplin" realized I had not recieved my info packette, he got antsy, said I needed to speak with this other woman, who never contacted me and he was never there when I called. He would call me at work at closing time, then he was gone when I tried to reach him.
I am glad to see that others are aware of this but so sorry it has happened to others.
Is there any hope of recovering our lost money?
