I came across a Ugg boot website, I purchased and paid for the ugg boots, the money came out of my account but no ugg boots have turned up. Had to create an account with this website and the order is still currently saying pending and no delivery date still. I tried emailing them through there customer service link but have had no repsonse and no number to call.
There is a live chat link that doesnt work, how do i go about getting my money back??
