Can't Get Rebates Paid

Continually have to resubmit rebates. They drag out paying you so they can keep charging you monthly. I cancelled my account and now they tell me I am not eligible for the rebates I filed in August
and the ones I submitted the beginning of Oct while my account was still active. This is just out right thievery. Time to call the BBB. Do not sign up for their program. Scam.
