My boyfriend and I saw Matt's add on Craig's list. He was advertising for a partiner. We went and met wth Mattt, didcussed contract and LLC. After the money was wired from my account Matt started to avoid us. He pulled out of the 2 malls he had a signed contract with. To make a long story short... We have never seen a penny of the money he owes us including the $5,000 he tolk from us under false pretenses. We filed civil and criminal charges. We recived a call from the investigating offfice and he told us the Prosecutor doesn't want to prosecute this case. We were so devistated to hear that this guy is going to continue to take advantage of good people like use with No consequences. He is already on Craigs list and Facebook advertising for partners for a pizza business now. Please help us seek justice. Sincerely, Roxanne Powell
