Receptionist position open for Heating & Ventilating Co
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Opening the office/phones
- Answering/Screening/Directing phones calls
-Ordering/Stocking office supplies
-Scanning job and service files
-Setting up job files
-Sorting and distributing mail
-Accounts Receivable Deposit
-In rotation for every third Saturday to work 1/2 day in the office during the winter season.
-Assist other office personnel as requested.
