I ordered a trial offer for $2.95 and a week after I received the product there was a charge for $79.99. They said I agreed to it but I did not see that on the order. They said I could send it back for a refund at my expense - what a pain. I have been waiting for more than a month and still no refund. I was told I had to prove that I didn't get the refund which I did. Than they told me they didn't get the fax and a phone call telling me they receive the fax and it would be 3-5 days before getting my money. Its been more than 7 days and still no refund. Called again and they said they are sending a check. Don't order anything from this company. I will never order another trial offer from anyone!
