Complaint - The Tobi Steame

Class Action Suit anyone? Count me in. I hate this steamer for all & many reasons: it drips hot water on your hands, drips water all over items being steamed, does not have the powerful steam shooting out as demonstrated on TV, difficult to maneuver, difficult to extend & retract the telescoping pole, difficult to handle the 'flexible... Really?' hose. All in all it stinks. Broke within one month. Had to purchase warranty because it was cheaper than the crappy little cap that broke! Do Not Purchase... Does not live up to any sort of expectation.
