Spriva Amount in Capsule

I opened a capsule of Spriva and i couldnt find enough of the powder to fill a pin head. How could this work? Secondly, why all the fancy packaging? Why can't the capsuls be put in a regular medicine bottle. This i would think cut down on the price, which i think is too high anyway.
