I have been billed 74.85 from Value Plus monthly. I have no clue who this company is. I had the charges reversed and now the bank reversed them back. I am sick of scams like this. Anyone else out there that this has happened to? I want to file a class action law suit against them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
