Countrywide refiniced my home with out my consent. Got suide then bought out by bank of america leaving me with a12persent rate that made my payment dobble thay sent a apprisal out that work for them to make my homes value 121,000 when in fact it was only 75,000 countrywide sent me unsigned documents of the hole thing once i brought it to bank of america attion thay put me off and told me its not there problem i half to sue countrywide but country already ben to court n lost n the only way i could get renburst is that i had to be n the civil suit. I had my home for 10yrs before this happen n i was never late on my payments at the time i had a740 cradit score theres lots of lawers that help get u put out of homes but not help u with litagation i have all docs to prove my case
