Purchased product. Used as directed. Called to state not working. They reiterated how to use it. I was using correctly. Called again to report it not working. Rep asked questions, and said that it sounded as if I was using it correctly, but that it takes the full 60 days to work, which is why they give a 60 money back guarantee. Called back on day 65 (there was a weekend in the middle and a holiday.) They would not accept their product back. This product is a scam and does not work. I would like to place this complaint as many places as I can, so that the product will not be purchased. It is false advertising at its best.
