Received a phone call stating that I had won a $400 gift card from Walmart and a $200 gas card for customer appreciation month. That a free gift was also going to be delivered if I would only pay the shipping of $1.95. It was going to arrive via UPS what time would I like to have it delivered. I smelled a rat. UPS has its own times of delivery. Plus the guy would not give me a tracking #. He would hang up and call back with activation #'s repeatedly. 2nd red flag. I told him that by state law I had to tell hime that his conversations were being recorded. He stuttered a lot but kept going like a champ. Well it is 1 hour past delivery time so I checked the credit card to check for the transactions.instead of $1.95 there were two charges of the same amount. I called the number associated with the transactions to find out that I had bought into this club and that there were two gift cards for $25 each. So beware of this scam, there is no customer appreciation month from Walmart. I will stop any further charges and report to the better business bureau.
