My online comdata fuel account was hacked by unauthorized people. They used express codes to cash comchecks at truckstops across the united states.in order to cash these checks from my account they have to call in to comdata to get an authorization code. Of course, comdata keep releasing comcheck after comecheck in a period of 24 hrs. I notified comdata that $2400 was missing form my account that morning. Of course they said that there were transactions were my drivers fueled pending to post on my account. Later that afternoon more money was deposited in my fuel account, and by midnight all the money was gone. I am not able to see invoices with transactions until 24 hrs later.By morning that i checked my account it was too late. Now comdata does not want to be responsible for authorizing total of $8899 worth of comchecks. They say i am responsible if someone hacks into my computer and logs in as if it were me. They have 24hr monitoring and they did not catch it? Whey did they authorized comchecks to drivers not matching my company? And in places were do not even operate? All comdata says that the money is gone and there is nothing they can do. Anyone out there that this has happened too. Please contact us to help stop this type of fraud.
