I ordered some foot slippers and a month later they charged me for some joint cream which they charged me $44 which I never ordered. I talked to them and they told me they will cancel the order and will put $29 back on my change card but is charging me $19.00 for shipment and handling for a shipment I never ordered. I feel I should not pay for their mistake.
