These issues have to be resolved

Your new requirements for managers to work six days a week is ridiculous, everyone who works at our store was much happier with the way it was before. We all worked the hours that were required of us, kept the store looking nice and still had at least two days off every week to do our own things. Now however we always have to work six days a week, coming in on certain days for short shifts that aren't even worth the gasoline prices for the drive.

Then there is the fact that with recent store budget cuts, people are now having to pull long shifts where they are the only ones there, which is not only dangerous, but against some labor laws dealing with breaks. How can anyone take a break during a seven hour shift if there is no one else there to watch the store and wait on customers? It's difficult to even go to the bathroom for goodness sake, I know our company makes enough money to increase the schedule budget, because they were making money before this happened. They need to fix this, or I'll be contacting the authorities.
