On 8-11, we had out rents power turned off by SMUD, due to the cover plate for the breakers was missing, and they wanted this fixed by 12 noon or it would not get fixed till the next day. The issue was fixed the same day by 2pm but they could not come out, even speaking with the supervisor. I jumped the power from on of the other tenants to give this one power for there refrigerator and not loose all there food. I left a note and yelow tape across the main breaker so that the meter installer would not turn the power on and to call me. The idiot turned on the main breaker and shorted out the main breaker. (HE CANNOT READ?) We had the main replaced and now SMUD has billed our tenant $315 for the meter damage.
