Misunderstanding of estimate (shipping course choices)

What freightcenter has been doing is nearly borderline scam.

The internet estimating program supplied us having a estimate of approximately $200, we attempted our better to choose the proper shipping school. But evidently its wrong. Plus they wish to cost us about $500

Although it is poor they didn't possess the proper explanation to supply the right shipping course, the toughest point is the fact that they DIDN'T contact me just before collection to inform me concerning the problem. They named me a number of times following the cargo continues to be acquired and explained I'd no option but to pay for on it.

The estimate process is problematic and CAn't be respected. The folks at Shipping middle CAn't be respected both. Because it appears like they intentionally waited till the cargo continues to be picked up before calling me-up. If perhaps they'd the decency to contact me-up just before collection, I'd not need to create this.
