This guy will befriend you and promise you a quality work at a fair price. He always claims he needs money to buy more materials. He often tries theses scams on people building second homes so they are not around to see in person what is happening to their money. He does build you a structure but on close inspection you find nothing is built correctly. He likes to build in areas where there are little to no inspections done, like Vermont. When we tried to sue him we found he already has over 50 outstanding judgments against both he and his wife and it would be a waist of more money to go after him. This guy is really bad news stay away from him!
