Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti-Wrinkle Complex

On the 9 Sep 2011 I ordered a FREE sample of Hydroxatone all I had to do was pay $3.18 postage the item I ordered never came but on my bank statement on the 10 Oct they had taken out $72.73 now I can't find the address or the advert that was on Facebook. I have complained to my bank and they told me to contact the firm and try to get the money back from them. There is supposed to be a guarantee of 30 days to get your money back. I believe that this firm is in New Jersey, USA but I can't find anything to support this theory.
