I have had a website with Website Business since 2009. At the present I have three with them.in 16 September the employees left for the weekend. On the following Monday, 19 September when they went to work their keys could not unlock the building. All of the locks had been changed. They could not get in to get their personal items.

Website Business does not hold the backups for the websites. The backups are held in something called the Cloud at Rackspace located in San Antonio, Texas. The only ones name that would allow us to get our backups is Kyle Winn the owner of Website Business. Kyle is not doing that at the moment. There are a lot of us wanting our backups. We paid good money to have those websites. I feel that the backups are ours. I never was told that there was anything like a backup, nor were we told to keep one for our personal use.

I do not know exactly how much money I have invested in my websites. It has to be close to $75,000 give or take some. I am considered disabled because I have fibromyalgia and other diagnosis that come with having it. I felt that this was a way to build up a business; then sell it.
