This was the 2nd re-manufactured ink cartridge they sent me that was faulty. I tried to contact them and sent multiple emails, threatened to report them if they did not call me back and get this matter settled. They cannot be reached by phone, and the number they supplied is a fax number. When they finally called me she said to send back this second bad replacement and they would replace the cartridge with the genuine one. I sent the cartridge back and that was well over a month ago (Sept. 8th).
I have emailed, and faxed them, but all I ever get is emails stating they will send it out in 2-3 days. Nothing. They are a fraudulent company to say the least - a rip-off.
