I paid for the platinum package for media mall website and then decided within 2 weeks that this was not going to work for me. I was told that I could cancel at anytime - no questions asked. I called, canceled, and sent an email. To date, I have not recevied my refund. The only thing I've received are calls from them trying to make me go to the site they've setup. I again told them I was not interested and to send me my money. They assured me the money would be sent - again, I have not received my refund.
