Just called the 1-888 number and got our money refunded or so they said winth an authorization number.
Befor calling we alerted the credit card company to unauthorized use and may have helped.
Had to do this with a couple of other companies and has always worked. We will see.
Just read that life lock is affiated with this too.
Be ware of ancestry.com too. Also a part of mylife. And reunion.com. Be carefull
