Discovered this on my June statement and did not know from where it came. I then checked the month previous. My May Statement also had a charge of 69.95 and it appears as PDWD E 8003964319 801-990-3108 UT. I assumed it was the same company. I had called the number and got a recorded message stating that the office was now closed. I tried the next day at various times during the day and got the same message. I did not get any other charges from them but it is so annoying. I am grateful to have found this avenue to vent my frustrations.
