I have no idea who this is. The number the bank gave me is a non working number. I like the rest of you nevr signed up with these people. My account was over drawn so they were not paid. Because they have my acct number they may try again so my suggestion is to close your account and open a new one. I was trying for a loan and was scammed. (818) 380-5710 Non Workng Number. If you go on line they have a form to cancel your membership. But I do not trust them so Im cllosing my checking account. I suggest you all do the same.
