I ordered 4 band saw blades direct from their factory, as the dealer Bluegrass saw in Lebanon Ky 40033 could not be reached. They were shipped Fob Chaffee, sales person Robert Fraser #30
When received I saw the blade material was cupped, bad and knew they were defective and would not work. I called the factory, they told me to return the blades and they would give me credit. At the time I told them 1 blade in the previous order was also defective. I was to return 5 blades. The next day they called and said not to return the blades but they would give credit, but never did.
