Ive worked for this employer for approxmatly 2 yrs and for the past year i have been behind an extra check on10/7 which was payday i asked my boss / owner operator when can i get my other paycheck. His response was i dont know call wendy you want her number / what you want a war we can start one. Wendy is his secertary. But on 10/11 he told me as of today im layed off. Is this his meaning of war. I know when someone misses a day of work he tells them to take a few days off that way they hardly get a check for that week.
