I purchased a 42" TV and a 10" netbook laptop off their very detailed web site. They sent me a payment voucher for 313 GBP to take to a local PayPoint store and pay with UKash, which I did and when I got the voucher number I put it into the payment details of the website. I was then sent confirmation emails, which I have kept that said my delivery would be with UPS on 10/7. I was not suspicious at first until on 10/3 they asked me to send them copies of my passport, utility bills and a photograph of me holding my passport, then I got suspicious. I tried contacting them and got no reply, the telephone number on their site put me to an automated message. On Monday 10/11 I asked for a refund and it automatically transferred me to a different site. I called this number and they advised me that they were having a lot of problems with people thinking that they were the same company and that they were not. I have asked the advise of the local police but now want to report this scam everywhere.
