Stay Away from American Plus

Ordered a Kohler faucet replacement part from the AHP website in February with a promised delivery date of mid-March.By the end of March I was notified the part was back ordered until April so I called March 28 and requested a refund and was advised a refund check would be mailed. Three more calls, in May and June, were fruitless, also. The employee implored me to seek help from my bank to dispute the charge in order to receive a refund from my bank rather than American Home Plus. At this writing, I think I have just thrown away $70 by trying to buy a Kohler faucet from American Home Plus.
