ATT HTC Inspire
Faulty phone

Our boy bought the ATT HTC Encourage in September and following the thirty days were up the telephone beginning securing up and closing up nicely on 10/9 finally got with customer service after speaking with warranty department and telling them that had already spoke to the guarantee division and told them what happened, etc. And that the phone is faulty and that we-don't want to buy. Well my boy isn't up for an update for another year and there's nothing they are able to do for all of US so that they delivered us another telephone simply obtained it 10/12 which is performing exactly the same material. Therefore we now have to become outofpocket to obtain another telephone and correct this case. A person shouldn't need to do that. ATT should not have started promoting the HTC Encourage. It's likely to ruine their company by promoting defective gear. That is garbage. To possess to cover something which does not perform correctly and also have to continue worrying about this. ATT has to understand about that defective system HTC Encourage. Need this issue fixed ASAP.
