I was contacted by phone by a Robert Mullinax to recruit me into an IM program called Cash Flow Capital. I am an invalid and his pitch sounded like something I could do. As a result of a stroke, I found it was more than I could handle and asked for a refund. Both companies having no refund policy, they said I need my credit card company to file a dispute. Bank of America says they connot dispute when no refund policy exists. Both IM companies stand fast on their no refunds and I am trapped and out $495.
