After my first complaint, I tried on numerous occasions to get hold of the company - to no avail. Now, after the unauthorised deductions in September, another even higher amount £47.48 x 2 was deducted on 3rd October!!! I had even cancelled my card on 1st Oct but the amount was still deducted. I am waiting for the documents to arrive so that I can start fraud proceedings against the company. Apparently, according to someone else ripped off, the 'sample' box contains information that says you will be enrolled on a monthly programme unless you write to them to cancel that... Frightening!!!
