Sedric and Maria Celestin own and operate a scam company called New SES Development Inc. A division of HACBED Inc., doing business as American Home Owners Protection and Education (AHOPE). They have weekly conference calls and promote a process that sounds good on the outside and legally could work but the CEO of this scam Sedric Celestin and his partner in crime Maria won't let the legal team do the job it takes to make it work. So, what does this all mean? Celestin doesn't want you to have your shelter discharged. He wants his pocket recharged with your money. He takes in members, takes their money, sends a letter to the bank that is a joke and only pisses the bank off and their attorneys. Then the next month he gets his partner Maria to send you a statement demanding more money for the lack of service and results. These people are the worst of the worst. They do not have values that resemble American values, probably because they aren't true Americans. She is an illegal alien and he is a Haitan refuge, probably here to rip off Americans to send the money back to Haiti. Beware of these two. They have lied to their staff and legal team. The majority of their staff has caught on and left them. Don't give AHOPE any of your hard earned dollars. Show them the foot of your sole in the rear.
