I have bought this house in the end of 2009 and in 2010 I had complained to KB Homes regarding cracks in our outer stucco walls. One of their senior staff was assigned to this complain who came and took pictures but later on in our conversation he said it was standard and they will not do anything to repair it. The second complain was that they have installed water pipe instead of black gas pipe to run the gas in the house.
Since this was also reported to BBB they, KB Home, changed their email and failed to resolve the issue.
